Do I need documents for my transition to The Netherlands?

Yes, we have a list of 7 documents that you need to have after your first interview with HiNurse. We will guide you in this process.

Why HiNurse is different from the other agencies?

HiNurse understands the needs and requirements of the Dutch healthcare institutions and the career goals of the nurse.
Therefore, we facilitate the process of recruitment for a specific hospital. The nurse will make her contract directly with the institution, without any third party involved. 
Our ultimate goal is to improve the current recruitment system, focusing on the nurse's full integration and well-being. As well as the healthcare institution's expectations and needs.

Is HiNurse a local or national agency?

Currently, we are focus on the Limburg region (Maastricht area). But we can operate in all The Netherlands.

What is the salary of a nurse EQF 3/6?

Nursing homes
EQF3: 1.903 – 2.762,- euro per month 36 hours p/w
EQF6: 2.555 – 3.708,- euro per month 36 hours p/w

Holidays: 29 per year based on full-time contract

Hospitals

EQF3: 1.938 – 2.882,- euro per month 36 hours p/w
EQF6:  2.526 – 3.774,- euro per month 36 hours p/w

Holidays: 25 per year based on full-time contract

Academic hospitals

EQF3: 1.792 – 2.839,- euro per month 36 hours p/w
EQF6: 2.422 – 3.712,- euro per month 36 hours p/w

Holidays: 27 - 30 per year based on full-time contract
